How it works

From your decision to your first report, in 4 steps

A simple way into one of the most dynamic markets in the United States. You keep control of your asset and we put it to work.

  1. 1. Acquisition

We form your LLC, coordinate your bank account, and buy, insure and register your truck.

    • LLC formation and EIN
    • Business bank account opening
    • Unit purchase (new or used)
    • Insurance and plates
    See detailsHide details

The first step is creating a U.S. LLC in your name, which gives you legal and tax ownership of your asset within the U.S. regulatory framework. We guide you through the entire process: choosing the most convenient state, obtaining the EIN and opening the business bank account. Then we select with you the truck that best fits your budget and goals —new or used, dry van, refrigerated or other high-demand configurations— and we handle the purchase, insurance and plates. All coordinated by Versa Truck.

  2. 2. Integration

We bring your truck into our fleet under our USDOT and MC Number, fully compliant.

    • Operation under our USDOT/MC authority
    • Permits, IFTA and regulatory requirements
    • Ongoing compliance monitoring
    See detailsHide details

Once the truck is purchased, we immediately integrate it into our fleet under our USDOT and MC Number, so it can start operating legally and without delays. We handle all administrative and compliance work —insurance, permits and regulatory requirements— and we track regulatory changes in the industry so your unit always runs to high safety standards, without you having to deal with the red tape.

  3. 3. Operation

We manage drivers, loads, fuel and maintenance: complete day-to-day management.

    • Driver recruiting and supervision
    • Strategic load and route assignment
    • Preventive and corrective maintenance
    See detailsHide details

In the operating stage we manage every aspect of your truck's day-to-day. We recruit and supervise qualified drivers, assign loads strategically, optimize routes and fuel, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance. We also keep track of insurance, tolls and paperwork. Our logistics experience lets us pursue maximum efficiency and lower costs to keep your unit moving.

  4. 4. Performance

You get real-time reports and a monthly payment to your LLC's account, based on the model you choose.

    • Dashboard with revenue, expenses and profits
    • Monthly financial reports
    • Monthly payment to your LLC's account
    See detailsHide details

We are committed to full transparency. Your dashboard shows how your truck is performing: revenue generated, operating expenses and maintenance performed. Every month we transfer your payment to your LLC's bank account: under Revenue Share, the period's net profit; under Fixed Income, the fixed amount set in your contract. That way you can follow your investment from anywhere in the world, with clear, verifiable information.

Key benefits

  • Income in dollars from a high-demand industry.
  • A passive investment model, ideal for diversifying your wealth.
  • Open to international and domestic investors.
  • Intrastate and interstate operation depending on strategy.
  • Transparency and control with digital reporting.

Investment models

Two ways to invest with us

In both models you own the truck through your LLC and we operate it. The difference is how you receive your income and who takes on the ups and downs of the operation.

Which model is right for you? What matters most?

Share in the revenue

Revenue Share

We cover and coordinate fleet management —dispatch, driver recruiting, compliance and back office— and split your unit's net profit: 70% to you and 30% to Versa Truck. Aligned incentives: the more your truck produces, the more we both earn.

Net profit split 70% to you / 30% to Versa Truck

Ideal if you want to maximize your return and accept that your income will vary with the unit's performance and the freight market.

  • Higher upside potential
  • Income varies month to month
  • 70% of net profit, transferred every month
I'm interested in Revenue Share

Fixed monthly income

Fixed Income

We pay you a fixed monthly amount set by contract, whether or not the unit produces that month. The operating ups and downs —freight rates, downtime, unexpected repairs— are carried by Versa Truck, not you.

Fixed payment set by contract $2,500 / month per unit

Ideal if you value predictability and total simplicity: a steady cash flow in dollars, with no exposure to trucking market swings.

  • Fixed monthly amount by contract
  • Versa Truck absorbs the variability
  • Maximum simplicity

Frequently asked questions

Your questions, answered

About the investment

Do I need to live in the United States to invest in a truck?

No. Our model is designed for international investors. You own your truck through a U.S. LLC and we handle all the management. You only need to form the company and open the business bank account, and we guide you through that process from start to finish.

What types of trucks can I buy?

We work with the configurations most in demand: dry vans, refrigerated trucks (reefers) and box trucks, among others. We help you choose a new or used unit based on your budget and goals.

What are the risks of this type of investment?

As with any business, there are risks: swings in freight demand and rates, maintenance costs, or driver availability. We mitigate them through professional management, constant monitoring and strategies to keep loads coming. Under Revenue Share your income reflects that variability; under Fixed Income, the operating variability is carried by Versa Truck under the terms of the contract.

How do I know how much my truck is earning?

You get access to our digital platform, where you can see your unit's revenue, expenses and net profit. You also receive detailed financial reports and a monthly payment directly to your LLC's bank account.

What return can I expect from this investment?

It depends on the type of truck, its upfront cost, load volume and the model you choose. As a reference, a well-managed unit can generate annual net margins of 15% to 25%; our market analysis (Dry Van base scenario, August 2026) estimates an operating margin of about 22% on gross revenue, before financing and taxes. These are reference figures, not a guarantee of performance.

Revenue Share vs Fixed Income

What's the difference between Revenue Share and Fixed Income?

With Revenue Share you share in the revenue your unit generates: if it produces more, you receive more, and if it produces less, you receive less. With Fixed Income you receive a fixed monthly amount set by contract, regardless of what the unit produces that month; Versa Truck carries the operating variability. In both cases you own the truck and get the same level of reporting.

Can I switch models after I start?

Yes, you can request it. The conditions and timing for switching are defined in your management contract. Tell us about your situation and we'll walk you through the options available for your unit.

What happens if the unit doesn't produce under Fixed Income?

You still receive the monthly payment set in your contract. Versa Truck absorbs the variability: months with low rates, downtime or unexpected repairs don't change the amount you receive, under the terms of your contract.

How is the Revenue Share percentage calculated?

Operating costs —driver, fuel, insurance, maintenance and tolls— are deducted from the gross revenue your unit generates, and the resulting net profit is split 70% to you and 30% to Versa Truck. That 30% covers operating under our USDOT/MC authority, dispatch, driver recruiting and supervision, regulatory compliance and back office. Exactly which costs are deducted is spelled out in your contract, and every transaction shows up in your dashboard.

Which model has the better expected long-term return?

Revenue Share has higher return potential, because you benefit directly when the unit and the freight market perform well, but you also absorb the tough months. Fixed Income trades part of that potential for predictability. Neither is better for everyone: it depends on your tolerance for variability and your goals. Try the illustrative calculator or schedule a call to review your situation.
